PRIVACY POLICY

Your purchase(s) through Laurensons are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions of Sale”), the Cookies Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Website Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before ordering. Before purchasing any Product, you must actively accept these Terms in all cases.

Offers on the Laurensons website are directed exclusively to end customers/consumers.

1. About these Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms apply to all orders and purchases made on the Laurensons website for available Products.

For web purchases, DI LAUREN communicates electronically (email). You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically meet the same legal requirements as if provided in writing.

These Terms may change. Changes apply to orders placed on or after the effective date indicated herein or on the Laurensons website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, as changes are binding on you.

BEFORE ORDERING PRODUCTS, YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. FOR EACH PURCHASE ON THE LAURENSONS WEBSITE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS IN FORCE ON THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER. TO INDICATE ACCEPTANCE, YOU MUST TICK THE BOX “I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, AS WELL AS THE COOKIES AND PRIVACY POLICIES”.

2. Your account

If you create an account (username and password) on Laurensons, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out on your account, except where such activities are performed by an unauthorised third party who accessed it for reasons not attributable to you.

Inform us immediately if you suspect your password has been compromised or used without authorisation. You are responsible for ensuring the data provided is correct and updated when it changes. You can review and edit most information in “Your account”.

Once your account is created, you may:

  • Edit your personal details.
  • Track deliveries and view your order history.
  • Manage returns.
  • Add or edit delivery and billing addresses for future orders.
  • Manage your newsletter subscription.
  • Manage gift vouchers.
  • Join the affiliate marketing programme.
  • Access B2B forms for trade operators.

You may not use the Laurensons website in any way that disrupts or harms the service; for fraudulent, criminal or other unlawful purposes; to cause damage, nuisance or inconvenience; to deliberately introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other harmful material; to attempt unauthorised access to the Site, server or connected systems; or to attack the Site via denial-of-service (including DDoS).

DI LAUREN reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or remove/modify content if you breach the law, these Terms or applicable policies.

3. Ordering process and contract formation

To purchase Products on Laurensons, you must:

  • Complete the checkout process, accepting the Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy.
  • Provide your name, address, phone, email, payment details and other required information (or use your account).
  • Provide a valid delivery address in: Germany, Austria, France, Monaco, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland (no delivery to certain addresses including P.O. boxes, overseas military addresses, some hotels/hostels/prisons, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly and Wight, or British Forces P.O. boxes).
  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of contracting.
  • Be the holder or authorised user of a valid debit/credit card (if paying by card).

You can place an order by clicking “ADD TO CART” and completing the confirmation steps.

Review your order in “Your cart”: photos, colour, reference, quantity, price, shipping costs, currency, payment method and subtotal. Read and accept the Terms and correct any errors before confirming.

We strive to display colours and designs accurately, but variations may occur due to your device’s display. DI LAUREN is not responsible for immaterial errors/inaccuracies in photos or graphics. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. Each order is a separate purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by DI LAUREN, which may decline orders for legitimate reasons (including suspected fraud).

4. Order handling and contract formation

After submitting your order, DI LAUREN will send an Order Acknowledgement Email (details of Products, total amount, shipping costs, estimated delivery date and price). This is not acceptance of your order.

The acknowledgement will include these Terms; please save/print them together with the email.

DI LAUREN may decline orders (e.g., abnormal orders, prior disputes, lack of good faith).

The sales contract is concluded when you receive the Dispatch Confirmation Email.

DI LAUREN may change Products offered on the website at any time without notice.

The contract covers only the Products whose dispatch is confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation Email.

You may cancel your order at any time before the Dispatch Confirmation by contacting Customer Service. If after dispatch, see Returns & refunds.

Website records constitute proof of transactions between DI LAUREN and customers.

5. Prices, shipping, handling and charges

The price charged is the one in force at the time of ordering (including VAT or other taxes, in the applicable currency) and will appear in the Acknowledgement and the Dispatch Confirmation. Payment is made in the currency in force at the time of ordering.

DI LAUREN may change prices at any time without prior notice.

In case of a pricing error on the website or in communications, DI LAUREN may correct it or cancel the order. If the actual price is higher, we will contact you before processing; your remedy is to cancel. If the actual price is lower, the lower price will be applied.

Even after Dispatch Confirmation, if a pricing error is obvious and reasonably recognisable, DI LAUREN is not obliged to supply at the incorrect price and may cancel.

Prices exclude shipping/handling (shown before confirmation and in the Acknowledgement). Costs depend on destination and method selected.

6. Payment

Payment is made by the methods shown during checkout. If full payment authorisation is not received, DI LAUREN may refuse the order. The amount will be charged according to the method used. Risk in the Products passes on delivery to the address provided.

7. Delivery

Delivery is only to the countries/addresses defined in clause 3.

Indicative lead times (once the order is accepted and payment received before 15:00 CET): 3–7 business days for standard shipping, 1–3 business days for express shipping on in-stock items. Times are not guaranteed. In any case, delivery will occur within thirty (30) days from the Acknowledgement, provided payment is made.

DI LAUREN may substitute the carrier with one of equal or lower cost. Select express if urgent.

We will email your invoice before each delivery. If we cannot deliver within the indicated time, we will contact you so you can cancel and receive a full refund.

If you unreasonably delay receipt or provide an incorrect address making delivery impossible, the parcel may be returned to DI LAUREN.

Check conformity upon delivery and, if there are anomalies (opened packaging, damaged items, etc.), note reservations by hand on the delivery note if possible and inform Customer Service immediately at webstore@laurensons.com or WhatsApp +34 673 39 78 29. Same if the Products do not match your order or the delivery is incomplete.

8. Events beyond DI LAUREN’s control

DI LAUREN is not liable for delay/non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: civil commotion, riots, invasion, terrorism or threats, war or preparations, strikes/lockouts or other labour disputes, national/local emergencies, transport failures, power or supply outages, earthquakes, fire, explosion, storms, floods, epidemics or other natural disasters, inability to use transport, governmental laws/decrees/regulations, and extreme weather. Performance is suspended while the event lasts.

9. Product availability

No orders are accepted for out-of-stock Products.

If a Product is out of stock, it will not be included in the Dispatch Confirmation. Alternatives may be offered.

10. Compatibility and product information

Ensure Products are compatible with their intended use. If there is a discrepancy between the Laurensons website and other sources, the website information at the time of purchase prevails.

If the Products received do not match, are incomplete or were damaged in transit, contact Customer Service immediately.

11. Title to the Products

DI LAUREN retains full legal title until receipt of all amounts due for the Products. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

12. Returns and refunds

You may withdraw without justification within fourteen (14) days from delivery and receive a full refund (including VAT and, where applicable, standard shipping). Refunds are made after the Product(s) are returned.

Return the Products within fourteen (14) days from notifying the withdrawal.

Refunds are made via the original payment method, without fees. You bear the direct cost of returns. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you do not return the Products with the invoice, DI LAUREN may refuse the refund. If you return used or damaged Products, we may deduct depreciation (up to 100% of the price).

Once returned Products are received and validated, we will confirm by email and process your refund. It may be withheld up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Your bank may take longer to reflect it.

For bundled/multi-product offers, the full bundle must be returned for a refund.

13. Warranty

THIS WARRANTY GRANTS YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS AND IS PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO YOUR STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

Nothing herein replaces or reduces your legal rights.

DI LAUREN will deliver a Product that conforms and is free from defects at delivery. The Product will be suitable for its normal intended use and have the described characteristics for 12 months from the delivery date.

You may request free repair or replacement if the Product is defective. DI LAUREN will arrange repair/replacement with new or reconditioned parts/products. If not possible within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you may request a refund or price reduction. Refunds use the original payment method.

Keep the order confirmation/invoice as proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or mishandling. Repairs by unauthorised third parties void the warranty.

If repaired or replaced under warranty, the item will enjoy the remaining original warranty period.

14. Liability

DI LAUREN warrants that any Product purchased via Laurensons is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied. DI LAUREN does not warrant suitability for your specific purposes.

DI LAUREN is not liable for losses not caused by its breach, for business losses (loss of profit, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or unnecessary expenses), or for indirect or consequential losses not foreseeable at the time of contracting.

To the extent permitted by law, DI LAUREN’s total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant Product on the Laurensons website. Nothing excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

15. Severability

If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall apply to the maximum extent permitted without affecting the remaining provisions.

17. Assignment

These Terms bind you and DI LAUREN and any assignee. You may not assign/transfer rights or obligations without prior written consent. DI LAUREN may assign/subcontract rights or obligations at any time.

18. Waiver

Failure to insist on strict performance at any time does not constitute a waiver of rights nor relieve you of compliance.

19. Use of the Laurensons website

You may not use the website in a way that causes interruptions, damage or harm; for fraudulent/unlawful purposes; or to post illegal, obscene, racist, abusive, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive or IP-infringing content, or content containing viruses, political campaigns, chain letters, mass mailings or spam. You may not use a false email, impersonate any person/entity, or mislead as to the origin of content. DI LAUREN may remove or modify such content.

If you post content or submit material (unless otherwise indicated), you grant DI LAUREN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute and display such content in any media, and to use the name you submit in connection with such content. To the extent permitted by law, you waive moral rights. You shall do what is necessary to perfect these rights when requested.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms and the documents referred to constitute the entire agreement between DI LAUREN and you and supersede prior agreements or understandings, oral or written. You acknowledge not relying on statements or promises other than those expressly set out herein.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your purchase from DI LAUREN via Laurensons are governed by Spanish law and, save for mandatory consumer-protective provisions under Regulation (EC) 593/2008, fall under the competence of Spanish courts. Notwithstanding, under applicable European law, you may bring claims before the courts of your domicile or the Spanish courts, and DI LAUREN may bring claims before the courts of your domicile.
