Timeframe & Conditions
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive your items.
If you wish to make a return, you can manage the process easily via your personal account.
DI LAUREN S.L. will accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- • The item must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging and tags.
- • Please use the same protective box in which it was delivered, or a similar protective package ensuring adequate protection during transit.
- • Include a copy of the invoice inside the parcel, clearly indicating the returned items and the reason for the return.
Once the item has been inspected, we will inform you whether a refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 24/48 hours from the date we receive the product.
Return shipping costs and any associated risks are borne by the customer. Items not received in their original condition cannot be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns for Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at webstore@laurensons.com with details of the product and the defect (a photo may be requested), or manage the process via your personal account.
Once we receive the item, we will carry out a careful assessment and notify you by email, within a reasonable period and no later than 20 days, whether a refund or replacement applies.
If replacement is not possible, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs. Partial returns will result in proportional refunds.
